How To Brew

Use one teaspoon with 1 cup (250mls) of boiling water. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Strain. Enjoy.

Like a Christmas Hug!

Favourite blend for my bleed!

I love the whole collection of Really Nice Teas, but the Winter tea blend is my favourite. After suffering Endometriosis and now PMDD, carving out intentional time to sit and have a cup of tea during my bleed feels like such a beautiful ritual in what is ordinarily a very uncomfortable time. I really enjoy the taste of this blend and LOVE knowing it is helping support my inflammation.
